Emergency accommodation following a vehicle breakdown. Checked in at 11pm and reception staff was amazing checking that I was ok (after waiting in -4 temperatures for over 6 hours waiting for recovery). The room was warm and a great size with all the commodities that you could need. The bed was super comfortable and I had a great night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and had soap and shampoo/body wash which was great as it was an unexpected stay and I didn't have anything with me. The shower was a good temperature and pressure. There were plenty of soft towels.

Check in staff really helpful - two (there was a shift change) when I checked in and another in the morning. All great. I'd travelled from Seattle and Vancouver Island, had delays to a flight - I thought I might find somewhere to rest up for a night at a service station and was so grateful to find the DaysInn hotel - with a room available at 11:00pm. I slept for nine hours, refreshed for the last leg of my journey home. Absolutely met my need. The eleven clock time for checking out was helpful too - it meant I still had time for taking things slowly when I got up, could wash my hair etc., which really helped me feel a whole lot better setting out again.

Convenient being on the motorway. Rooms are slightly tired looking but it’s got everything you need , comfy bed, bedding was clean , kettle , plenty of tea , coffee , milk etc. I take my earplugs everywhere so the traffic noise didn’t bother me but it might bother others as you can hear passing traffic all night… Can’t grumble for the price - Good Value

The hotel is great value for money, only thing that let it down for us was the lack of glasses on the room. First hotel I’ve ever stayed in that didn’t have glasses in the room or at reception. The staff were extremely friendly and the room was clean. The bathroom extractor was noisy, but I believe they are being replaced. Great value for money with exceptional staff, thank you

Large room which had been repainted since last stay. Quiet despite being on the same site as the service station. Staff were really friendly.

The location of the hotel to where I needed to go the next day was great. The staff were super friendly and were even really nice to my 4 year old who is often ignored.

Perfect for a business overnight stay. The room was huge. Bathroom/decor basic and little dated but clean and everything worked. Plenty of tea and coffee. Bed was really comfy. Staff very helpful. This hotel is located in a quiet motorway service area so it's next to Starbucks and a services shopping place, which is convenient

We had everything we needed, it was fresh and clean and comfortable which is exactly what we needed after a couple of days at a music festival
